Tips to Overcome Stress


Assalamu'alaykuuum ... Hello world ... Welcome to my life. I hope you enjoy my little notes in this very simple blog. Well This time I will give you a little tip for dealing with stress. Stress often occurs in some people when under pressure, either assignments or office tasks, or maybe problems related to social life. Do not underestimate the stress problem all readers, because it has been many tragic events caused by stress. For instance, in my country, especially in the cities belonging to the big city, we often find crazy people (people who suffer from psychiatric disorders) due to stress, often because of the economy. Not only in my country, in other countries the impact of stress is not only a psychiatric disorder, but it can have an impact on mortality (suicide). That's why I want to give some tips to overcome them, which most of it I use when under stress. Well dear readers let’s check it out.



  •  Identify the things that can trigger stress, and than do something about it. For example, if you get stress cause of the assignments, overcome it by improving time management and Don’t ever accumulate the task.
  • Share with others. Telling your problem with another person, such as a close friend , can reduce your load. Besides being heard, with telling, you will get insight to the solution you are looking for.  Or at least, you can feel that the problem in not just yours, because you still have friends to share.
  • Imagine the wonderful memories. Remind the success that you achieve in the past. Keeping in mind the success that you've achieved, it could be a motivation for you to keep trying.
  • When you get a lot of tasks, remember to do small activity as a distraction.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day will help you to increase your ability to cope with stress.
  •  A pile of big smile. A smile is the most powerful weapon to overcome the pressure. The smiles can calm our hearts so the anger does not control us, and helps us to think clearly.
  • And most important is remember that God never tested beyond exceets the ability of servant. Be assured that all problems there must be a way out.
